Calvert, and Fred Carstensen, if living, and if dead, then the unknown heirs and legal representatives of Fred Carstensen, and the un known wife of the said Fred Car stensen, if living, and if dead, then the unknown heirs and legal representatives of the unknown wife of said Fred Carstensen, de fendants. Greeting: You are hereby commanded to appear before the Honorable Dis trict Court of San Patricio county, ‘Lexas, 26th Judicial District, at the Court House thereof, in Lin ton, Texas, at or before 10 o’clock A. M. of the first Monday next after the expiration of forty-two days from the date of the issu ance of this citation, same being the 28th day of September, A. D. 1942, then and there to answer Plaintiff's Petition filed in said Court on the 10th day of August, A. D. 1942, in this cause, number ed 5706 on the docket of said court wherein J. R. Hutto is plaintiff, and Ernest R. Calvert, if living, and if dead, then the unknown heirs and legal repre sentatives of Ernest R. Calvert, and the unknown wife of the said Ernest R. Calvert, if living, and if dead, then the unknown heirs and legal representatives of the unknown wife of said Ernest K. Calvert, and Fred Carstensen, if living, and if dead, then the un known heirs and legal represen tatives of Fred Carstensen, and the unknown wife of the said Fred Carstensen, if living, and if dead, then the unknown heirs and legal representatives of the unknown wife of said Fred Car stensen, are defendants, the cause of action being alleged as follows: That plaintiff resides in San Patricio county, Texas, and that the residences of all of defendants are unknown to plaintiff. That on the 15th day of July, 1942, plaintiff was, and still is, the owner in fee simple of the following described land situated in San Patricio County, Texas, to wit: Lots Numbers Thirteen (13) and Fifteen (15) in Block Num ber Four Hundred Eighty Nine (489) of the City of Aransas Pass, San Patricio County, Tex as, according to the map or plat of said city made by P. L. Tel ford for Burton Danforth and recorded in the office of the county clerk of said county, reference to said map and the record thereof being here made. That on such day plaintiff was in possession of such premises, and that afterward on the 16th day of July, 1942, defendants un lawfully entered upon and dis possessed him of such premises aiid withholds from him the pos session thereof, to plaintiff's dam age in the sum of $100.00. That plaintiff, and those whose title he holds and claims, have had peaceable, continuous and adverse possession of said lands, cultivating, using and enjoying the same for more than ten (10) years prior to the 16th day of July, 1942, or before the com mencement of this suit, during which time he has had said land actually enclosed, and that he is entitled to recover title and pos session of said lands under and by virtue of the Ten (10) year statute of limitations. Wherefore plaintiff prays that the defendants be cited to an swer this petition, that plaintiff have judgment for the title and possession of the said described lands, for damages, costs and gen eral relief, as is more fully shown Buy Bonds. Six couples filed their inten tions to wed, at the county clerk's office in Linton during the week of August 10 to August 15 inclu sive. They were as follows: Joseph A. Anazalone and Edna Rose Taylor. Floyd Seward Moore and Jim mie Ermine Jenkins. Leon de la Garza and Anita Pachica, Florentino Laredo and Simona Hernandez. Domingo Ortiz and Gregora Martinez. Geo. Delmar Dolan and Ruth M.
