Estate of Elizabeth Sword Kirk, deceased. Notice is hereby given by the un dersigned, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Sword Kirk, deceased to the creditors and all persons having claims against the said deceased, to exhibit them with the necessary vouchers, within ten months after the first publication of this notice, to the said Executor at the law office of Geo. D. Pease, Boze man, Montana, the same being the place for the transaction of business ee said estate, in the county of Gal atia.
