Win-| Chester, candidate for Registrar of Deeds of Suffolk County, at rallies in Charlestown last night offered to debate with his opponent W. T. A. Fitzgerald on the Issues of the fight in front of the latter’s home, 16 Ivy street, Back Bay.He said he chose this particular spot I because Fitzgerald has ignored previous challenges and he wants to meet him half way. The debate would concern the relative merits of each office seeker.
