The woman stated that she had plenty ofmoney and wished to hire some one to takecare of her children. -Mrs. Uritlon agreed to care for the little onee for $5 a week,which offer the woman accepted, paying $4down. The mother looked after the children regularly up until last Monday morning, at which time kIiccalled and stated toMrs. Britton that sne had secured somework to do and would not return that day.Since then nothing has been heard of her, save that she was seen begging money toget to Cincinnati with. The little waifs areabout four months old, and have a verybright and promising appearance. If no proper person is found to Lake care of them, they wifi be sent to the Home of the Friend-
