Golden Wedding.The celebration of the fiftiethâ– we Ming day of James Sloan, ut Windsor, on the 21at, was a very pleasant occasion. Mr, Sloan was married in Kentucky In 1823. A large number of his chi Wren , anu rand children were present, also a host of friends. He was presented a valuable pair of gold spectacles, to bis wife a nice gold chain. Other presents were also made. Mr. Sloan wore the identical white linen pants and vest which were wove arid made by his sister, especially far his wedding. He is the grandfather of J. lt;}.
