LAST WAKE: There will be another furiera! this week* end that will strike to the heart of the politically oriented: the death of Rill McGarry'3 Quorum Club. For years, a neutral — and not-so-neutral — meeting place for local and visiting politicos, the Quorum, in its present location, comes to an end because of the long delayed construction of the Landmark Tower. The wake is assured of being extremely liquid.
