Visa Policy ChangedLOS ANGELES—American citizens planning to visit Israel no longer are required to apply for tourist visas at an Israel consulate but may obtain them atthe point of entry to Israel, theconsulate general for the Westernstates announced here this week. The new policy is part of a program to encourage greater tourism to Israel.-o-
