A 15-year-old Yuma youth was cited for driving without a driv er’s license after a wreck at the corner of Avenue B and th Street Wednesday morning. City police report that Jack Speke, 15, 3041 Columbia Avenue was turning east at the corner when his car went out of control and smashed into the rear of a truck parked at Chuck's Market. Damage to the Spelce car, a 1950 Hudson, was estimated at $400. There was no damage visible to the truck driven by Louis B. Gon zales, 1123 Sth Street. A second citation was given to Ray Spelce, owner of the Hudson, for permitting an unauthorized minor to drive the car.
