Plans have been drawn for • several weeks and tho contract for the work has been let to the Grand Prairie Lumber Company and Mr. Moore will have tho sup-erviaion..The new show house will be. 32 x 115 feet in size and modern in every reospeet. Mr, Walker said’ that in •planning this new building he had considered the public in every way. There : will bo four isles lending from tho front entrance to the orchestra pit, and the floor will be of such elevation that coming in and going out of the patrons will In no way interfere with the view. The screen will be set high and in stick a position as to afford every comfort. _A cooling system will also be installed for summer use and a heating system for tho winter months, and patrons can find a comfortable house winter and sutn iner.Mr. Walker is making arrangement for a balcony, but will probably not build this at this time, as the room will not be needed, but , as the crowds increase it can bo easily installed.Mr. Burger of Dallas, who owns the old bakery building as well as other property hi the city, will at the samo time build a new 25-foot front building adjoining the bakery. The old bakery'' will also be remodeled. Tho floor will be lowered and brought to the street grade and in line with tho new buildings. The front will be reconstructed and rebuilt.This new construction will giveGrand Prairie another block ofnew business structures which willbe ready for occupancy within thenext sixty or ninety days. —
