Smith, Columbus, following a personal inves tigation of conditions surrounding distilled veterans of the World war who are confined at the State hospital here. Dr. Smith, who is a member of Franklin county post, American Te Rion, asserted that the ex service men cannot receive proper care at the hospital. Attacking Dire. Gen. Saw yer.
