COLUMBUS, Aus. 26.— Those men WHI be insane for the rest of ther lives unless something is done for their relief declared Dr. FE, BE. Smith, Columbus, following a personal inves tigation of conditions surrounding distilled veterans of the World war who are confined at the State hospital here. Dr. Smith, who is a member of Franklin county post, American Te Rion, asserted that the ex service men cannot receive proper care at the hospital. Attacking Dire. Gen. Saw yer. Dr. Smith declared that the presi dent’s personal physician is “the greatest obstacle in the path of the American Legion In the light for hos pitalization for disabled veterans.” Arthur S. Burkett, lead of the Franklin county post, declared that members of the post will face a fight for the removal of Brig. Gen. Sax ter.
