•J. B, Finney and his attorney, L. K.Alder, of Ainsworth, were in townMonday for the purpose of instituting replevin proceedings against A. I). Gallop, to obtain possession of thelatter’s herd of sheep. It seems thatGallop has been caring for the sheep for a share of the increase, and Mr. Finney not being satisfied with the returns has adopted this method of getting possession of his property.
