Innes, learn with regret of the baso and libelous reports which have been and are in circulation against his character. We have been accuB-tomcd to visit his establishment at all times during business hours, and we can cheerfully testify to his gentlemanly and professional conduct at all times and upon all occasions. We take it upon ourselves in justice to him to say that wo do not boliovu, nor would we consider for one moment, the malicious charges and reports tlmt have been circulated against him; and furthermore, wo would recommend him to all in need of his services as si gentleman of professional integrity and good character;T. 11.
