Mr. Oscar F. Gould, secretary and treasurer of the Creston show, called Monday morning. He paid our new court house a yery high compliment, saying it was the handsomest one he had seen anywhere outside of cities like Chicago and Cincinnati. And though he had not seen the itemized list of expenses, he had heard the building and improvements to the grounds cost the county only about £ioO,uno, which he considered very cheap; that according to the, custom iu the construction of public buildings it would have been cheap at *-r)0,000.
