Brauda s and Foote 8t Gazzola to Memphis Avenue, and on the North side of Cypress street from New Orleans Avenue to Memphis Avenue; that a sidewalk five feet wide be constructed on both sides of New Orleans Avenue from Cypress street to Ash street; and a sidewalk four feet wide on the West side of New Orleans Avenue, from Ash street to Spruce street; and a walk four feet wide on the West side of New Orleans Avenue from Cedar street to Hemlock street.That a sidewalk five feet wide be constructed on both sides of Main street frtnn Walnut street to Elm street, and that a sidewalk four feet wide be constructed on both sides of Main street from Walnut street to Hemlock street, and from Elm street to Spruce street.That a sidewalk four feet wide be constructed on both sides of New York Avenue from Spruce street to Hemlock street.That a sidewalk five feet wide be constructed on the South side of Ash street in front of the East half of lot one in block fifty-three, and a jidewalk four feet wide on the North side of Ash street from Main street to New York Avenue.That a sidewalk twelve feet wide be constructed from Aliev West of A.F lora’s store to New York AvenueThat a sidewalk four (eel wide be constructed on the North side of Cedar street from Main street to New Orleans Avenue, in the city of Brinkley in conformity to an ordinance entitled An ordinance to provide for the construction and repairing of sidewalks, approved 19th day of June, 1906. ’ iThat said sidewalks be constructed out of the following material and in the following manner: They are to be composed of three parts of clear sand, five parts of crushed granite No.2 in size, and one part best Portland cement. Same to be well mixed and tamped in and to be not less thanthree Inches in thickness. Said walk to have a coating of clean sand and No. 6 granite of equal parts, same to be mixed with best Portland cement in the proportion of two parts of sand and granite to one part of best Portland cement, said coating to be not less than three-quarters of an inch In thickness and to be well finished In a smooth finish, and when completed the walk Is to be not less than three and three quarters inches in thickness, and to be marked In blocks not more than sixty inches square , and to be cut through net less than one and or.# half inches deep.That these sidewalks be constructed within thirty days from the date this order is served on the owners or occupants of the property fronting on or along side said sidewalks.Psssed.at a regular meeting of the ' City Council Aug. 21, 1906 1 H L.
