Fourth street.FORTY ACRES.RICHARD SYKES OFFERS THAT AMOUNT OF LAND TO THE AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE FOR EXPERIMENTAL FARM.Richard Sykes of Manchester, who owns large tracts of land in the central part of the state, offers forty acres to the state agricultural college for an experimental farm. The land is located in Wells county, and Prof. Waldron of the college goes to Sykestou to select it. . Agricultural colleges in other states have three or four farms in various parts of the state and the college in this state will make a move in the same direction. It cost about a year to maintain each of thefarms.
