Named Junior Football Mgr. for Chamn Trojan Team At a recent meeting of the Board of Studentanagers of the University of Southern California, Robert Dean, of Pecos, son of W. W. Dean, was ap pointed to the position of junior man ager of the Trojan football team for the 1929 season. Dean’s appointment is subject to certification by the uni versity’s registrar. In his capacity of junior manager, Dean will have charge of issuing equipment to the football players at the beginning of the season, directing the policing of Bovard Field, ene versity of Southern Califori the football gridiron, and the eas ing of many football records required by the various departments of the university.
