CONTEMPORARY IS THE WORD for the sound of the Magik, the electrified group whose concert at 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24 at College Hill School on Cedar Ave. will be sponsored by the Youth Service Bureau, as part of College Hill Days. Popular at local clubs and high school dances, Magik performers are, from left, Larry Pester, guitar and piano; Roger Gage, drummer and leader; Dan Stoutenborough, organist who also teaches high school music; John Yother, guitar, and Jan Diehl, who plays bass, flute and saxophone and is a student at the UC College Conservatory of Music.
