MRS. AUGUSTA WENZEL Funeral services were held Monday at 10:30 a.m. in Mallow Chapel for Mrs. AugustaWenzel, 94, who died Friday in John Sealy Hospital.Mrs. Wenzel was born in Germany and resided in Hitchcock in the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. A. Mansker. Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Fred Sharp of Venice, Florida, and other relatives.The Rev. Harry White of Our Savior Lutheran Churchofficiated at the services andburial was In Galveston Memorial Park. G. A, Clark Jr, E. H. Yanch Jr, John A. Kennedy, R# W. Clark, ArthurAkerholm Jr. and John Haines served as pallbearers.
