C. Hughes to the Chair, and appointing M. Simpson Secretary.On motion, a committee consisting of Dr. Justice, Isaac Jackson, and A.H. Evans, was appointed to report permanent officers ol the Convention. Said committee reported for President of the Convention, John T. Gwinn— for Secretary, Tho3. Thompson, whichwas concurred in.On motion of Dr. Justice, a committee of one from each township was appointed to report the mode of voting in the Convention, to-wit: C. An- ^ gell, J. M. Justice, Austin Williamson,1 Jonathan Barnard, Moses Stanley, Wm. Ayres, O. M. Barnard, Abner Johnson, Alex. Murphy, J. G. Kessler,R. Davidson and John McCord.On motion, a committee, consisting of T.
