^LEqi'ION NOTICE.r m-BY virtue and in purauanreof ah act of the late Lxtraordinary Seaaion of the Legiala-I ure of this State, entitled “An art to provide for a Convention ot the people n» the State of Mia-eiaaippi,” and of a Writ of Election, to me di-reeled, from JOHN I. GUION, Governor of the hlate of Mississippi. 1 will proceed to hold an E.ection at the different Precincts of Claiborne county, on the 6rst Monday and day following in September next, (1861.) being the 1st and •id day* of xaid month, for the purpose of electing ONE DELEGATE to £idConvention,that being the number which this county is entitled to by the 2d section of said act.A.
