August 22, 1839 — $1,50Domestic Attachment.OTICE is hereby given, that on thejet. the 9 of lich ece t anvithfivemiU:sel,rhty^ ^ 29th day of July last, a writ of domestic attachment was issued by me, Benjamin Johnson, a Justice of the Peace in and for the county oi’Dearborn, at the instance and upon the application of Levi Boyd, a-gainst the goods, chattels, credits and effects of Zehadiah Ward, Jun., by virtue of which writ 2 bedsteads and bedding,. 1 side of leather, 1 table, 4 pictures, 1 looking glass 1 lot of cupboard ware, one lot of pot metal, 2 buckets, one shovel, 1 chest, trunk and cradle, 6 chairs, 1 bridle, 2 meal bags,1 basket of potatoes, I bushel of onions,1 cow, 1 oven and lid, 2 benches and shoe* maker’s tools, and leather, 1 lot of crocks, tin ware, knives and forks, 1 iron wedge, one pair of scissors, 1 spinning wheel and meal sieve, 1 side of sole leather, 1 bed rnorl cord, stirrup and leathers, 1 last knife, 1ty of washboard, 1 stand of curtains, 1 sugar the I box, 1 hone, 1 lot of books, 1 grindstone, 1 tub, 1 pocket book and rozor strap, 1 dollar in cash, have been attached as theproperty of Zebadiab Ward, Jun., and that on the 13th day of September next, at my office in Sparta township, in the county of Dearborn aforesaid, I will proceed to _ ! boar and decide upon the said attachment, te of) of which the said Zebadiah Ward and all 1 his 1 other persons concerned, will take notice.mofil BENJ.
