The Thomas Gambling family re union was held at Lakota August 9, with about 60 members in attend ance A short program was enjoyed and a delicious dinner served A _ bus iness meeting was held and all old officers were retained, with a few changes in the different committees being made The reunion next year will be held August 1st at Lava Hot Springs Those attendating from distant points were Mr and Mrs Alfred Gunder, Mrs Aston Anderson Boise , Mr and Mrs Parley Clegg, Dietrich, Idaho, Mrs Emily Lougee, oldest member of the Thomas Gambling family, at 82, and son Thomas Lou gee, and Mr and Mrs Lee Lougee, Sharon, Mr and Mra Norman Gam bling, Sharon, Mr and Mra William Perkins, Logan, Mr and Mrs Wm R. Johnson and son, Mr and Mrs O W Perkins and son, Mra Clara Wright, Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Schmid, David K Schmid, Salt Lake, Mrs Kay Gil gen, Magna, Utah, Mr and Mrs John H. Parker and family, Kays ville, Utah, Mr and Mra Eugene Bridges and family, Salt Lake, Mr and Mrs. Darrell Bienz and two small sons, Ithica, NY, Mr and Mrs. Rudolph Bienz and family, Bo and Mrs Robert Schmid and family and Geraldine Kunz, Bern, Mr and Mrs Truman Minnig and family of Noonan, Mr. and Mrs E. R. Gort cmsky, Sunset, Utah Roger Tunks left Friday for Port land, Oregon, where his folks met him and then continued on to their home at Kannwich, Wash Mra, L. BE. Jones and daughter, Susan and son Steven of Clarrmont, Calif. arrived Friday to spend a few days with her sister, Mrs. Ford Jaussi, and Mr. Jaussi. Mr. and Mrs Clifford Jaussi and two sons of Rexburg spent from Sat urday until Wednesday with his parents, Mr and Mrs. John Jaussi. Cliff is athletic coach at Rexburg High School.
