w nit? tA.iu mama ui wit,* inforce.Governor Philipp has vetoed the bill paused at this session of the legislature for the printing and distributing of 45.000 copies of the Wisconsin blue book biennially. The governor points nui that blue books cost the state 60 cents per copy and that the number of additional volumes authorized by the bill would cost the state a large sum of money. The old law provided for a liberal distribution of blue books to schools, to members of the legislature and to public Officials, and the go\eruor sees no reason for Increasing the number for distribution. The veto of the governor was sustained.
