The annual convocation of the Most Excellent Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons for the State of Ohio and its jurisdiction, convened in this city last Monday morning at 10 o’clock at Eagle Hall. Grand Master for Kentucky, and also ex-Senator J. Henri Burch, P.G., orator of the Grand Lodge of Louisiana, being announced, they were form ally introduced and invited to seats near the Grand t. The officers elect were publicly installed at Peck’s Hall last night, the ceremony being initiated by a pub lic parade in the afternoon. Rev. J. W. Barber, of Cambridge, delivered the address. Fremont. On Saturday evening last Croghan Lodge, No. 77, I. oO. VII. ce apec wassats resolutions on the death of R. B. Buckland, a member of that lodge. Mr. Buck land was also Recorder of Fremont Chapter, R. A. M. Clyde Lodge, Knights of Honor, will give a basket picnic at Green Spring Grove, on Wednesday next, and have invited all the neighboring lodges to partici pate. It is probable that the brethren from this city will turn out largely. 5 Lincoln Lodge, No.28, Daughters of Rebekah, was instituted on Monday evening last at Odd Fellows’ Hall by Grand Master H. P.
