Strieker.In Circuit Court Copiah County to;October Term, 18G1 .BY virtue of a decree of the Circuit j court of Copiah county rendered on the 17th day of April 1861 in the above stated vase, I will proceed to sell to the highest bidder for cash at the present residence of Solomon D. Strieker, in said Copiali county on theFirst Monday, the Second day of September, 1801,The following Ileal and Personal estate, to-wit: The north east quarter section nine, township twelve, range, five cart; the east half of east quarter, section four; the north half of lot four, section four; and south-west | quarter of north west quarter sec-tiou ten, all in township twelve of range five oast, lying and being in! said Copiah county, together with the crops of corn, cotton or any other crop now growing on said premises, also the following slaves, Archy, Milton, Siller and Mariah, and their j increase since the execution of a Deed of Trust by said Solomon D. Strieker to Jos. W . Champlin, also the stock of horses, mules, cattle hogs sheep and all other stock in the possession of said Solomou D. Strieker or in his mark, and all wagons, carriages, plows and fanning utensils whatsoever now on said premises, said property to be sold or so much as will be necessary to satisfy said Jos. \Y.
