NOTICE.IN pursuance of ai. order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lorain County and Stele of Ohio. Notice is hereby given that Jessa Cutler as administrator on the estate of Eleazer Crawford deceased filed a petition in said court of common Pleas at the May term thereof A. D. 1844 setting forth that the personal property of said deceased was insufficient to discharge the debts of the estate, and that said intestate died sciezed in fee simple of the following described real estate to wit, Situate in the township of Black River, Lorain covnty and Stale of Ohio, being a part of lot No. 8 in great lot No. 1 beginning at the north west corner of said lot No. 8 in great lot No. 1, thence southwardly in the west line of said lot 33 chains and fifty links, thence cast-wardly parallel with the north line of said lot nine chains and twenty five links, thonce northwardly parallel with the west line thirty three chains and fifty links to the north lino of the lot, thence westward-ly on the north lino of the lot nine chains and twenty five links to the place of beginning, containing thirty one acres of land, and leaving Polly Crawford his widow, Temperance Cutler wife of said Jcssa Cutler, Calvin Crawford, Hiram Crawford Isaac Crawford, Eleazer Crawford Abraham Crawford, Fanny Gilbert wife of Samuel Gilbert, Sally Mann wife of Enos Mann, Amanda Gilbert wife of David Gilbert, Polly Webb wife of Sam-Oel VVebb his heirs at law, and legal representatives, a part of whom are nonresidents of said slate of Ohio.And praying that said heirs may be made defendants to said petition, and that a writ of subpoena may issue against them and that they may be otherwise notified of the pendency of said petition,that that may be compelled to answer all and singular the premisesjde that said petitioner may be authorized to sell said real estate or so much thereof as may be necessary to discharge the debts of said intestato under such regulations as are provided bylaw.
