The Welland Canal.—Wo learn by tlie Oswego jj Palladium, that the schooner Erie had arrived at | that place from Cleavelar.d, Ohio, via the Welland i Canal. Her arrival was greeted bv the tinging V of bells, the firing of a national saluti of 24 glint, I displaying of flae9, c.A public dinner was given on the occasion.
