- Cable TV -Mr. Milton Schmidt, staff manager of Blue Ridge Cable TV Inc, has notified BFCA that our agreement has been filed w i t h the Federal Communi* cations Commission.“The start of operations will begin upon the FCC issuing a Certificate of Compliance,” he stated in--a letteT to the Hemlock News.Blue Ridge Cable TV has applied to carry the following channels: WEP 16, WDAU 22, WBRE 28, WVIA 44 (educational channel), all broadcasting from Wilkes - Barre - Scran* ton; WLVT 39 in Allentown, in addition to the following New York City channels: WCBS 2, WNBC4, WNEW 5, WABC 7. WOR fl. WPEX 11, depending on availability.
