Bryan Ward, Sugar House Stake, won first place in the competition at Granite High School Auditorium held on August 13th. This made them the winners for Division 14 of the MIA Roadshow.Mrs. Elva Fletcher, 1152 Bryan Ave., and Mrs. Pat Davis, 1225 Logan Ave., were collaborators on the lyrics set to the score of “The Music Man.** We wish to congratulate the cast and thosebehind the scenes for their efforts which made the Roadshow such an outstanding success.Bryan Ward has several engagements in the future to perform their prize winning show. On September 12th at 3:00 p.m. the group will appear on TV over Channel 4. They will also entertain members of the Salt Lake Optimist Club.Churches, civic clubs.
