STOLE POST CARDSS. J. Bumbaugh on Tuesday even* ing detected two soldiers stealing post cards from the counter in his place of business. He allowed the men to go out and then called the provost who took the men in charge after they had returned the stolen goods. It is said that there is a grKtt deal of postal card stealing goin^ on Several days ’ ago Mr. Rnmhaugi. caught one militiaman with rnnn than a hundred stolen cards concealed in his blouse.
