One of our most welcome exchanges is the EiiuClaire Daily Argus. We notice by a late issue that hereafterthe Argo will be managed by a stock company consisting of R. H. Copeland,H. W. 'Dusmbcrre, Laurence Helm aim and 0. L. James. These gentlemen areall thorough newspaper men, and we have no doubt will improve.that paper’s already excellent standard. The Argus is one . of the institutions ofEau Claire that is well worthy of a large patronage. We wish them the success their enterprise so ^richly deserves.—Baldwin Bulletin.
