ELECTION NOTICE,NO riCE 13 hereby given that at the next General Election to be held on the 2nd Tuesday of October, to wit, the 14thday of October, A. D. 1802, in the sevs era! townships of Kossuth county, town,there will bc, and hereby js submittedthe contraH made between the American Emigrant Company and Kossuth Conn-ty, for the sale and transfer of the Swamp LandB of paid countjr, a copy of which contract is hereby attached, for the purpose of ratifying or rejecting said contract. And those voting in favor of sdid contract will have written or printed on their ballots, “For the Contract,” and those voting against the same will have written or printed on their ballots, “Against the Contract.” The polls to be opened at the ilstml place and con* ducted in the usual manner, and returns made as Mil more fully appear by the General Election notibo*hereafter given By order of the 13odrd of Supervisors of ICossuth County., FRANKLIN McCOY, Clerk.i ■
