SHERIFF’S SALE. A virtue of four writs of Texception in my . harvis, sued. out.of the office of the clerk of the Harrison Court of Common Pleas appen judgments therein remarming of record ,two in fa vor of Peter Clutinger and one in favor of John Hildebrand and one in favor of John K.Wood ward and all against William J. Irvin Shave levied upon, and will on Saturday September 14th 1861 between the hours of tay-o’clock a m and welock, p.m. before the court house door in the town of Corydon, sell at public auction, the real estate dying in the town of Corydon Harri son county Ludiana, described as follows: to wit Lots numbers one hundred and sixty-one, one hundred and sixty-two, one hundred and sixty three, one hundred, and sixty-seven, oe hun dred and sixty-eight and one hundred and slaty si except 40 foot off the west side where- TERMS, e- I will first offer the rents and profits of the said real estate for a term not exceeding seven years, and should the same fail to sell for a sum duiflujent to satisfy the above -named writs, I will then and there offer the fee simple oval the right title and interest of said defendant in and to the game.
