Gal lei I.WHEREAS, at.the last March Term, of the Superior court, helJ in and for the county of Talbot, the undersigned, under and by virtue of a l)e croo/endeiej by said court, in the ab^ve cause, were, among other things, appointed partitioned io distribute ceitain property, in the hands of said executor, among the Legatees of said Testator. And if found necessary, to sell a portion of the properly, to pay the debts of the estate. Now therefore, in pursuance of aid Decree, and with a view of raising a sum of money to satisfy the outstanding liabilities of said Estate, the undersigned partition er*, on the first Tuesday in September next, in the Town of Tal-button, before tiie Court house door, within the usual hours of sale, will sell at public outcry, to the highest biUb r, a negro boy named (sham, about 25 years old—Terms Cash.EDMUND H.
