TOKYO, Aug. 19 (SS)-—Typhoon Or ace, downgraded from a tropical storm to a low pressure area today, was rapidly dissipating and was expected to drift over Tokyo this afternoon with “strong winds and rain. .,Tokyo Weather Central said Grace was drifting northeast from Osaka headed toward the west coast of Honshu. Surface winds up to 60 miles an hour were expected, for the next24 hours. .•Grace hit Kyushu with .winds up to 115 miles an hour and rain yesterday. It loosed earth-slides, blew down houses, snarled communications and flooded villages and farms.(UP said latest reports is- i sued by police listed 17 persons killed on Kyushu, 43 missing and 49 injured.)This morning Grace was 30 miles southeast of Osaka(Continued on Pfyje 6 Col. 1)
