Myres will attend the Lawrenceburg fair this week with his Jerseys.Miss Alice Andrews has returned from Ohio where she has been visiting her uncle for some time.When the Odd Fellows Building is completed it will be occupied by the firm known as Hutton Henderson.James McManaman was in town this morning on his way to the county farm, where he will take charge of affairs.Charles McClintock was circulating among his many friends here yesterday. He has returned to the orphan’s home at Cincinnati, where he has employment.The annual reunion of the McCaulou family will be held on August 26th on the old McCaulou farm 1 I miles north of Butlerville. Everybody come with your baskets well filled.Quite a number of our citizens attended the Sand Creek Association at Hope-well, Ripley county, last week. It was very well attended by all the churches, and especially by the ministry, there being about twenty-five Baptist ministers present.The Sunday school celebration here l*t Friday while t was nof*Vhat it might have been, passed off very quietly. Everybody seemed to enjoy themselves. Fairmount school taok the lead in singing, and had there been a prize offered they would have taken it.
