The affair occurred in a railroad car, and the parties were not acquainted with each other. Churchill had taken a seat opposite to Curtis which tlm latter had reserved for a friend. The report goes on to say:Mr. Curtis testified that he took Mr. Churchill to be a clergyman, followed him and asked him, “ Who are you f and upon Churchill's replying, Noneof your business/' Mr. Curtis goes on to say.
