The following resolutions ^ t* ere adopted: * ;cResolved, TTiat we will use diligence j ar.il all honorable means within our $ power to ferret and bring to justice \ any and all persons guilty of trespass t against said public work. jResolved, That we are a law abid-j / ing people, and will, at all times, p**o- . tcct our own rights and respect tho rights of others.OResolved, That. each citizen of Lewis township be appointed and constituted a committee of one to investigate and ferret oat !iny persons guilty of trespass, and we will use our best efforts to prosecute the guilty party and bring to a just punishment all such guilty persons.
