Divorces Asked Five divorce decrees and judge ments in two suits have been handed down by District Judge David W. Carmony. District court ‘ ons began Monday. Decrees of divorce were granted in the cases of Sadie Garcia vs Richard Garcia, Margarity Santo ya vs Juana Santoya, Mary Quac kenbush vs Harod Quackenbush, Julia B. Hobbs vs Quentin Eugene Hobbs, and Christopher §. Brolly Marjorie Sidel Brolly. A motion for a new trial in the damage suit of Caroline Miner vs Robert Carter vs Carl] Miner and FC. Frederick was denied, and judlgment awarding $2,500 to the plaintif was put into effect. Allen Rolle, doing business as Funeral Payment Plan, won a suit for debt against John G. Romero and Robert Romero for $606.96 plus cost Marriage Licenses Frank Jack Schneider of Glen dale, Calif. and Kay Price of Gal lup. Jerry L. Williams and Karen Mc Quade, both of Gallup.
