Professor Chatelain of Peru has been appointed director of his torical research in the national e service at Washington, D. C. , will assume his duties in Sep tember. His work will consist of inaugurating and organizing a new type of service for the na tional parka of the country. He was admitted to the Nebraska bar in 1923.
