OLYMPIA, Wash, Aug. 18. The State Supreme Court has re versed the conviction Frank Po let, former banker and broker of Seattle’s Italian colony, brother of Tony Polet, Nome merchant. The Supreme Court found that the trial court, which sentenced him from two to fifteen years on fraud charges, erred in a technicality. Prosecuting Attorney Colvin an nounced that new charges will be filed.
