Biloxi, Aug. 18.—A voluntary petition in bankruptcy was Med in the United States Court at Biloxi before Deputy Clerk J. C. Tyler this morning by Os c ar Jordan Brothers, a co partnership composed of Oscar Jordan. Hummet Jordan and Abbas M. Jordan, of Hattiesburg. The firm has been in the grocery business for u number of years and claim that they owe debts which they are unable to puy and thus take advantage of the laws of congress for bankrupts.The firm's debts are listed at $5,-404.29, of which $3,354.38 are unsecured claims und $1,851.81 secured claims.
