Daley were linedthe costs of the court or seven days m jail for driving on the wrong side of the street. Mrs. Annie Steveson brought a charge of theft against an Icelandic woman named Sally Erickson, claiming that Sally, who is a re-speeded resident of the west end, picked up her purse from the street and refused to give it up, disclaiming all knowledge of the* lost article. The case was enlarged until Monday.Anderson, the alleged burglar, wasalso remanded. His case will come upto-morrow.Percy Thompson was charged with the theft of some articles from a tentat Fraser’s Grove and was remanded until to-morrow.
