Dr. Bucher was editor of Haus and Herd for six years, and since 1918 hasbeen editor of The Christian Apologist. He is noted for his culture and his talents.The Christian Apologist, the official organ for the German-speaking members ofthe Methodist Episcopal Church, has hada remarkable editorial experience. William Nast was editor for fifty-four years; Albert J. Nast for twenty-six years, and Dr. Bucher has been editor during the pastfifteen years. Three editors in ninety-five years is a record unique.
