A suit for $10,000 damages 'was filed in the circuit court by Lewis Clawson, j aged 7 years, by his next friend, his! mother, Mrs. Ida Clawson, against the » T. H. I. E. Traction Co. On May ! 25th last, the boy was in an automobile ! with his grandparents, Peter and Effie j Clawson, of Radnor, which was crossing the tracks of the defendant company when struck by a traction car in ! Frankfort. Mrs. Effie Clawson was j killed outright and Peter Clawson, her j husband, the child’s grandfather, died I j on May 27. Two others besides Lewis j 'Clawson and his grandparents were in i the automobile and they were injured., The complaint states that the accident \ was the result of negligence on the part of the company; that Lewis Clawson sustained a fractured skull and j ,his face was disfigured and that he was j | cut about the head and body and that j ! he will be compelled to go through! j life deformed and disfigured.
