The following from the Cor* vallig(Ore-) Gazette Times will be read with interest by the mauy friends here of Mies Dorothy aud Billy Moore:A party of four Corvallis young people, Miag Dorothy and Billy Moore, children of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Moore, Miss Elnoria Ridenour and Miss Marie Fischer, ar rived in Corvallis last night after a two weeks stay at Elk City, the four hiking from that point to Corvallis The young folks wen but fourteen hours in making the trip and this morning isem to b' none the worse for their tnetry adventure. Fifteen miles or more were traveled' on Sunday afternoon aud the remaining distance .nf 60 miles was made yesterday. Ihe hikers are from 18 to 17 years-of age and are evidently capable of copiug with strenuous duties,tor the long hi** we* ail pleasure.
