Divorced for Fifteen Years Couple is Reunited. Dr. Rodney Y. Sheppard and his former wife, who before her marriage was Miss Anna J. Whitten, of this city, have announced their remarriage which took place April 16, 1912, at Jeffersonville, and was kept a secret until today. They are living at 2006 West Main street, Louisville. The couple were divorced in 1897 and he remained in Louisville while she continued to live in Silver Grove. They were practically strangers for about fifteen years, but about a year ago Dr Shepperd again wooed his former wife and gained her consent to remarriage. When the ceremony was performed they requested that the marriage be kept a secret.
