had undertaken since Ins recovery.Mrs. Sherman Dye, of Boone, Iowa who was accused of sending a.box of poisoned candy to Miss Rena Nelson, of Pierre, from the elTect. of eating which it was thought the girl’s died, has tiled suit for divorce, and asks that the court compel her spouse to suj port her after legal separation. In her allegations she lias the usual long string of causes for the action, among which may be mentioned cruelty lt;?)and spending time with other women. The poisoning of I Miss Nelson and her subsequent death caused much excitement in Pierre, and ’ the feeling became quite bitter against Mrs. Dye who, it was thought, sent her ' the poisoned candy through a spirit of { revengeful jealousy. Mrs. Dye was ar-* rested but for lack of sutticient evi* deuce to hold her. she was released.* Dye had met and given attention to ' Miss Nelson while she was visiting at* Boone, Iowa.
