Among whom were Miss Mattie Blake, Mr, J, H. Jackson, Mr. Johnson, jr., and others.Miss F. Belle Miller, an accomplished young woman of Valdosta, came in on the excursion from Savannah yesterday, and will remain in the oity a week with friends. She is at 101 South Amherst street.Rev. R. T. Tooks, who has heen visiting Mr. and Mrs. Croel, has returned to his home at Lumber,City.An excursion came in from Darien last night, and the baseball club of that city will cross bats today at *2:30 p. m. with the team of this city, under command of Mr. Lee Godfrey, captain.Mrs. Lizzie Hendricks, of Savannah, was over and spent yesterday with Mr. and Mrs. Martin at 116 North Cochran avenne.Baseball today at 2 :30 p. m.Some visiting young ladies in town.Now, boys, don’t, rush.
