Ho has alwayB enjoyed the respect of the community and the eBteem of a large circlo of friends, and the latter are not alow to denounce tho bringing of tho suit and declare their firm belief in his innocence. Thocomplaint roaln ae follows;The plaintitT complains of the defendant in tho above entitled action, and for cause alleges:I. That at all the times hereinafter mentioned the defendant and plaintiffs winter, one Mattie Donuhue Spencer, have been and now are husband and wife, and that at the times hereinafter mentioned the family residence of defond ants family was in (Ireat Falls. Montana.-• That on tho if It h day of January, A.
